Easy Return: At Fashion Latitude, your satisfaction is our priority! If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a convenient 30-day return policy (from the day you receive your order).
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags, barcode/SKU, and in its original packaging. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Damages or issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us right away so we can make it right.
How to Return
To start a return, use our self-serve Return Request. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, refund will go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Steps to Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation to log into your account.

Select the order that you want to submit the return for.

If there are multiple items, choose the ones you'd like to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for us.

Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund.
